Detailed Product Description

Features:
1) High temperature standard under-glaze color
2) Temperature: 1180 - 1300oC
3) Stable color effects
4) Particle ratio: ≥10µm minimum; 8 - 10µm 20%;
    ≤8µm about 80%
5) Usage:
    a) Can simply be stirred with water and then used straight away,
with the glaze being zinc free (except for encapsulated colors)
    b) About 60% water can be added and then stirred
    c) Can also be ball milled, with mill time being 1 - 2 hours,
and passing mesh size of 320; after which some BF-NJV and
BFNJC-1 is added, more water added, and, after passing mesh
size 250, the viscosity is adjusted before use
    d) Do not mill too long, as this will destroy the particle size
ratio, and lead to the defects of weak color strength and
        color tone difference

For example with BF501A:
100 grams BF501A, add 60ml water, add 40 - 50ml BFNJC-1 after
stirring well, continue stirring and adding water until the right
viscosity is achieved, then pass mesh size 250 before use.

For special decoration effects:

We can also offer on-glaze, in-glaze and under-glaze decals for
ceramic, glass, steel enamel, etc.
